Following the registration of some other anti-registration in Ukraine in terms of the number of new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) for 24 hours, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said it was mandatory to accentuate the public consciousness crusade to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
“We want to strengthen the awareness crusade as much as imaginable to prevent the spread of coronavirus.It is mandatory to inform the population about the importance of individual coverage measures, compliance with quarantine rules: minimization of visits to crowded places and mass events,” the president said Friday at a conference call with officials and heads of regional state administrations.
The Head of State recalled that Ukraine had recorded 1732 cases of COVID-19 on 13 August and said that such a figure and the number of others hospitalized show that the country is at the breaking point of the wave at the time.to security measures and quarantine rules, he said.
Ukrainian armed forces commander Ruslan Khomchak informed the Head of State that the ceasefire regime is being observed in the Joint Forces Operations Area (JFO) and that no enemy attacks have been reported.
He also noted that Russian occupation forces had not allowed the OSCE Special Observation Mission to pass through the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint, and explained this through quarantine restrictions.
