Pet owners in Wuhan rushed to participate in a high-end dog display with their kennels in good condition, a sign of life that usually returns to the former epicenter of the coronavirus despite the pandemic.
The National General Kennel Club of China, home to the largest number and largest dog grooming fair in the country, held a finalist contest to celebrate “post-coronavirus Wuhan” in the central Chinese city this weekend.
The photographs show dogs posing and jogging in front of the judges as the owners dressed in a mask thoroughly cut the hairs of their animals, for the big moment in the spotlight.
