EVERETT, Wash. — Prosecutors charged a woman Tuesday with hit-and-run that killed an 80-year-old woman this summer.
Investigators said that on Aug. 15, a pedestrian struck a pickup truck in the 5400 block of Broadway in Everett. Patricia Oman died a week later.
Patti, like his beloved, has lived in the Lowell community for over 30 years.

According to police, the driver pulled over, got out of her car but didn’t help out and left her on the side of the road in critical condition.
“Every moment we hoped to have with her at her complex age feels stolen to us, to her sister, nieces and nephews,” Storm said.
Witnesses called 911 after Patti left in critical condition across the street. He ran to the hospital.
“We had some time to say goodbye, but she wasn’t attentive or aware,” Storm said. “So we took the time we had with her before she passed away, but it’s been a very shocking week, it’s still very shocking. “
A brutal loss, the circle of relatives still faces it.
A local circle of relatives needs justice for their beloved aunt, Patricia Oman, who died as a result of a hit-and-run.
The police were actively in favor of the motive force that had not stopped or helped.
They released photographs of a suspect described as a white woman in her 40s and 55s with dirty blonde hair driving a silver SUV, most likely a Ford Escape, with a partial license plate of BSW4.
On September 27, the Snohomish County District Attorney charged Amber Christine Conaway with a hit-and-run accident.
Conaway jailed Sept. 22, according to the Snohomish County jail list. Bail was set at $100,000.
