Wisconsin on Friday introduced an online program to get immediate COVID-19 testing at home as the government ends its free program.
Wisconsin citizens can head to Say Yes! COVID testing (sayyescovidhometest. org) and ordering a set of five immediate COVID-19 antigen tests at no cost. Supplies are expected to arrive in a week or two.
The state’s new program comes as Wisconsin students returned to school this week.
“It is critical that Wisconsin citizens have access to a COVID-19 check whenever they want, and this program provides checks directly on their doorstep,” Department of Health Services Secretary Designate Karen Timberlake said in a statement. “We inspire all Wisconsin families to have COVID-19 self-assessments on hand for themselves and those around them. “

As of September 2, single tests can no longer be obtained through COVIDTests. gov. However, the tests are still distributed by other means, adding to 15,000 federally backed web sites, such as libraries and pharmacies, and through network fitness centers.
