In the United States, it is largely up to Americans how to get coronavirus tested. The scenario is very different in other countries. Meanwhile, South Africa had launched some of the world’s strictest blockades against coronaviruses. But now COVID-19 instances are accelerating and the country is a risk to the entire African continent. In addition, 30 years ago this week, U.S. President George H.W. Bush signed the Americans with Disabilities Act, which prohibits discrimination against other people with disabilities. South Korea has taken much longer to pass similar legislation, and its supporters are pressuring the country to do more.
