VALHALLA, N. Y. (November 18, 2021) – New York State’s COVID-19 vaccination efforts for ages 12 and older will move from Westchester County Center to Westchester Medical Center, the flagship of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), beginning Friday, November 19. In addition, vaccination of older children aged five to 11 years will be carried out at WMCHealth’s Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. Westchester Medical Center and Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital are located at 100 Woods Road in Valhalla.
COVID-19 Vaccines for 12 and Older
Vaccines for ages 12 and older will be administered at Taylor Hall on the Westchester Medical Center campus Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a. m. m. a 7:00 p. m. and Sundays from 8:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. m. Se appointments are required, which network members can schedule online at Am-I-Eligible. COVID19Vaccine. Health. NY. gov. Westchester Medical Center will administer the first dose and timing of the Pfizer vaccine, Pfizer booster doses* for those eligible, and Johnson vaccination and boosters
Experts in pediatric medicine will administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to children ages five to 11 at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital Monday through Friday from 3:30 p. m. at 6:30 p. m. to 6:30 p. m. m. y Saturdays from 8:00 a. m. At 4:00 p. o. , the legal parent will have to accompany all youth and evidence of the child’s age is required.
