“We will allow Belarus to be dragged into confrontation and tensions to be stoked here,” Deputy Chairman of the House Standing Committee on National Security Igor Martynov told a BelTA correspondent.

On 10 October, the Belarusian Head of State held an assembly on security issues. Aleksander Lukashenko told the Defense Ministry and the State Security Committee to draw up proposals to keep the scenario under control and respond to imaginable developments.
