Dubai: Senior officials from the Ministry of Health and Prevention of the United Arab Emirates (MOHAP) won the COVID-19 vaccine in a time after all frontline fitness personnel won the vaccine in accordance with the Ministry of Health’s purpose of covering all fitness personnel with the vaccination program.
The Ministry of Health that won the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine was Dr. Youssef Al Serkal, Deputy Under Secretary for Hospital Sector and Director General of the Emirates Health Services Corporation, Dr. Hussein Abdel Rahman Al-Rand , Undersecretary of the Assistant Ministry of the health sector, gyms and clinics and Awad Saghir Al Ketbi, deputy assistant secretary of Support Services, among others.
After the UAE legalized the use of the vaccine through frontline agents, MoHAP began administering the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine to doctors and nurses at Al Qassimi Hospital for women and children.
Issued through the Ministry of Health, he said: “This step obviously underscores the interest and help of smart control for all physical care staff and their commitment to providing them with the highest degrees of safety.
The Ministry of Health highlighted the good luck of the UAE in clinical trials of the Covid-19 vaccine, which demonstrated the efficacy and efficacy of the vaccine and its ability to curb the consequences of the pandemic. “Those who have been vaccinated will be under ongoing, careful medical supervision, as well as mandatory tests to encounter side effects that may occur,” he added.
It should be noted that the evaluation of the vaccine for emergency use through frontline personnel was based on the criteria for qualifying approvals, taking into account target groups, product characteristics, knowledge of preclinical and clinical studies and all that should have applicable clinical evidence.
The Ministry of Health monitored all measures to control the quality, protection and efficacy of the vaccine, adding the emergency use of the product, with a scope explained through the country’s fitness authorities, target group number identity, dose and vaccination system.
