KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Jan. 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG) (“VCI Global”, or the “Company”) has been engaged through a Singapore-based Fin-MedTech medical organization (the “Medical Group”) as an initial public offering (“IPO”) for its planned initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq expected to take place in 2024/2025.
The Medical Group offers personalized, predictive and preventive medicine a virtual wallet and a virtual twin, all within its exclusive Fin-MedTech platform. This is done by integrating their expertise in financial, medical, and virtual transformation technologies. Their project is to drive behavioral revolution through data-driven innovations.
As a component of this commitment, VCI Global will provide advisory services on capital design and capital market strategy, facilitate the engagement of external professionals, namely the underwriter, auditor and lawyer; Assists with regulatory approval and provides internal compliance and recommendations.
VCI Global will receive a payment in shares for the exercise of the project. Subsequently, the estimated profit to be obtained from this advisory service is between $4 million and $8 million, pending IPO valuation.
