WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States is deeply involved through reports of attacks along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and calls for a swift end to hostilities, U. S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Monday.
“As we have made it transparent for a long time, there can be no military solution to the conflict,” Blinken said in a statement. “We call for a swift end to all hostilities by the army. “
