The hospital’s confusion is just one of many examples of misallocation of COVID-19 relief funds, and the Biden administration is completely out of blame.

The U. S. largely moved away from investment in infusions as the pandemic subsided earlier this year, and Biden is now encouraging Americans to upgrade their vaccine doses.
