Smith said that since a vaccine for colds or any coronavirus has never been developed, “there will never be a vaccine that is effective.”
Because of the lack of vaccine, he said we would do “what is most equivalent to the localized fire remedy and we will fight it for the next 10 years.”

July 23, 7:53 a.m. The historic Japanese tea garden at San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park reopened on Wednesday with new schedules and security measures in place.
The oldest Japanese tea lawn in the United States has been closed since March 17 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
To allow for social distancing, the garden is limiting visitors to 100 at a time and has set up one-way pathways to deter congestion. High touch areas such as bathrooms, steep bridges and the cafe are closed.
Previously open seven days a week, the Japanese Tea Garden will now be open Wednesday through Sunday from nine a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
People are encouraged to buy tickets in advance here.
