United Arab Emirates reports 931 new Covid, 517 recoveries

On Friday, the United Arab Emirates reported 931 new Covid-19s, bringing the total number of in the country to 77,842.

The new instances were detected after 75,177 additional tests for Covid-19, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP).

In a statement, the ministry emphasized its purpose of continuing to expand the scope of testing at the national level to facilitate early detection of coronavirus cases and to carry out treatment.

He also announced that another 517 people had fully recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 68,462.

According to the ministry, no new deaths have been recorded within 24 hours.
