LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – Members of Local 94 of the International Union of Stomakers and Warehouses (ILWU) will give lunch Wednesday to 100 firefighters and volunteers who test angels to detect COVID-19 at Dodger Stadium.
Lunch will be at The Fish Market of San Pedro.
Food donations are made imaginable through financial donations from the union and individual members of Local 94.
The union fed health care staff and the former to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and donated to church food banks in the harbor area.
ILWU represents 42,000 members in more than 60 unions in the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii.
