A UN-ordered investigative framework is intended to investigate a mass burial near Izium in eastern Ukraine where many bodies were found, its chief said Friday.
“This is, of course, a new incident, but we also intend to take a look at the Izium event,” Erik Mose, who heads the investigative committee on Ukraine, told a news conference.

Asked if crimes against humanity had been committed, Mose said the commission had still reached that conclusion, citing a lack of evidence and analysis.
