LONDON – The UK reported on Tuesday 143 new deaths by COVID-19, the highest number since June, as parts of the country faced stricter social estating restrictions under a new three-tier alert system.
Tuesday’s figure raised the total number of other people who died in the UK to 43018 within 28 days of the positive test of the new coronavirus since the start of the pandemic.
Government knowledge showed that on Tuesday 17,234 new demonstration cases were reported, up from 13,972 on Monday (Report through Costas Pitas, edited through Estelle Shirbon)
