The United Arab Emirates yesterday sent an aid aircraft to Jordan to combat COVID-19, which will target approximately 12,000 fitness professionals and 12 metric tons of medical supplies, control kits and enthusiasts in their efforts to involve the virus.
Ahmed Ali Al Balushi, ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Hascheite Kingdom of Jordan, said: << In proceeding with UAE efforts to help our brothers in Jordan cope with the demanding situations posed through COVID-19, a third aircraft sent with screens and not public cover medical devices and supplies. "
“Sending medical care is part of the fraternal relationship between the two countries and their peoples, in which two relief aircraft with 27. 4 tons of medical supplies were sent to provide assistance and the efforts of frontline medical personnel in combating the COVID-19 pandemic,” he added.
To date, the United Arab Emirates has responded to the COVID-19 crisis by offering more than 1,604 support metrics to 119 countries in need, supporting more than 1. 6 million fitness professionals.
