TVS Realty Arm Ropes in Singapore on project 540 CRD Chennai

Keppel Land, the genuine real estate branch of Singapore’s Keppel Corporation, has signed a joint venture agreement with THE genuine real estate subsidiary of TVS Group Emerald Haven Realty Ltd (TVS Emerald) to expand a high-end residential allocation in Chennai.

The proposed allocation was planned on a 2. 4-hectare site along the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Highway (PTR), a southern suburb of Chennai.

Members plan to expand a high-end condominium that provides recreational amenities and a trendy clubhouse on site. The closed progression will have a general sellable domain of approximately 1. 0 million square feet and will come with apartments in basically two- and three-bedroom configurations. with many sets offering panoramic views of the adjacent Kovilambakkam Lake.

Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2021.

In the joint venture, Keppel Land will hold 49% of the percentages for general care of approximately Rs 77. 2 million. The overall progression charge is estimated at approximately Rs 540 million, with the Keppel Land percentage estimated at approximately Rs 260 million.

The acquisition’s gold pin is subject to the satisfaction of safe suspensive situations and is expected to take position in the first part of 2021, according to a statement.
