NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM – Kazakh Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Kairbek Usskenbayev met with the most sensible executives of Turkey’s major companies, Kazinform told the ministry’s press service.
The assembly focused on the problems of progression of trade cooperation and the army and technical cooperation, the acquisition and assembly of ANKA drones, the service structure of a military city in the Karaganda region and a new shipyard in the Kazakh component of the Caspian Sea.
The discussion was placed within the framework of the responsibilities entrusted by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced his official stopover in Turkey in May this year.
During the meeting, the Kazakh minister highlighted the dynamic progression of the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Turkey and expressed his gratitude to those who provide their contribution to strengthening the army and technical cooperation between countries, adding that he supports the education of specialists from Kazakhstan Aviation Industries. .
“Kazakhstan will pay special attention to Turkish investors and is in a position to provide them with full support. We highlight the importance and priority of joint projects and the option to present removal contracts to other investors,” Usskenbayev said.
The Kazakh minister invited Turkish Aerospace to actively participate in the status quo of an aeronautical and commercial park in Nur-Sultan, with Kazakhstan Aviation Industries being a flagship company. The manufacture, testing, repair and maintenance of airborne cars and their parts shall be established within the aviation cluster. Boeing and Airbus have already joined the project.
