ISTANBUL (Reuters) – Turkey implemented new inspection and enforcement regulations on Tuesday after instances of coronavirus exceeded 1,000 for the first time in 3 weeks, which the government called a serious increase in the peak holiday season.
Major doctors warned that they were opposed to insufficient testing and suggested a more difficult message from Ankara, which lifted a partial blockade in June and has since prompted countries to allow tourists to help restore the economy.
