The president also stated that he had undergone a CT scan of his lungs when he arrived at Walter Reed, but that he had no breathing.
“They wanted to keep me under observation,” Trump said. You know, they wanted to make sure it was good. But. . . I was there, I guess, three and a half days. Stay with me. I looked to leave after the first day. I felt good. After the first day, I think it would have been much worse if I hadn’t taken this drug [Regeneron]. “
The president came here on denunciation last weekend after briefly leaving Walter Reed on Sunday to greet fans who had accumulated outdoors at the medical center.
“I may hear them from the hospital,” Trump recalled. ” I’m high on drugs. And, you know, [I’m in] this very fortified military hospital that is, you know, built to the highest standards. And yet, through those difficult windows, I can hear other people screaming and screaming with love, with true love.
“And after two days, I was like, ‘You know, I need to pass out and say hi to other people. ‘ And I went to the secret service. And those are the other people who are with me all the time. And they said, “We don’t have a problem, sir. ” I said, ‘I just want to drive and wave my hand. And you saw what happened.
“It was a wonderful show of love there,” Trump said of the drive. “I don’t think there is a single negative person, and there were many, many, many people. “

The president added that he would donate plasma to other patients if asked.
