NASHVILLE, Tennessee (AP) – The Tennessee Titans suspended their activities in person until Friday after the NFL said three Titans players and five other members tested positive for coronavirus.
The NFL posted a Tuesday saying that the Titans and Minnesota Vikings had suspended their activities on the user following the verification results. The Titans beat the Vikings 31-30 in Minneapolis on Sunday.
“Both clubs work heavily with the NFL and NFLPA, adding our infectious disease experts, to evaluate close contacts, do more and track developments,” the NFL said.
A user familiar with the scenario told The Associated Press that all 8 effects were positive, which made it the first COVID-19 outbreak of the NFL season in Week 4. The user spoke to the AP under anonymity condition due to fitness confidentiality rules.
The Vikings released a saying that they had not gained any positive control effects after Sunday’s game against the Titans. They also said they had followed NFL protocol without delay at their facility and were running to find out when they could reopen.
