This vote may be the reason Trump spends so much time attacking China

Most Americans agree with the Trump administration’s bellicose stance on China, according to a new poll, pointing to a rare and winning imaginable message for the president as his crusade fails and lawmakers are fighting for a plan to revive the coronavirus.

The Pew Research Center survey, which surveyed 1003 other people across the country, found that 73 percent of Americans saw China unfavorably, 26 more issues than two years ago, and Democrats and Republicans have a more negative view of China in the last 4 months. up to 6 and 11. percentages, respectively.

The figures recommend that Trump simply continue to target China in an effort to accumulate expired voting numbers.

About 64% of Americans say China has done a bad job of dealing with the coronavirus pandemic, and 78% say the Chinese government assumes at least some of the duty for the spread of the pandemic around the world.

68% of Americans say the economies between the two superpowers are in poor condition, with 73% of Democrats expressing concern, 10% more than Republicans.

73% of respondents, and at least seven out of ten Republicans and Democrats, who the United States deserves to publicize human rights in China, such as the recent sanction through Chinese corporations for alleged human rights violations against Uighurs and other ethnic minorities, including in the threat of economic relations.

26% said China was an enemy, up from 15% in 2012, while 57% knew the country as a competitor, up from 66% in the same year.

U.S.-China relations have been increasingly complicated by 2020. At a recent hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called the Communist Party of China a “central risk to our time.” and expressed his “dismay” abroad for Beijing’s new national security law, which ended Hong Kong’s autonomy. Earlier this month, Washington closed a Chinese consulate in Houston on accusations of espionage and theft of intellectual property. In retaliation, China closed a consulate in Chengdu.

The feeling, it seems, is reciprocal. In April, the vote by the Eurasia Group Foundation found that 39% of Chinese had a favorable view from the United States.
