Bonneville International Corp.lately operates 22 radio stations, 4 of which are now broadcasting from its new facility in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bonneville Bay Area is composed of 4 FM radio stations, which occupy a special position in the community. That’s 96.5 KOIT, 99.7 NOW, KBLX 102.9 and 98.5 KFOX.

The construction of a new COVID-19 logo installation is for books. Bonneville has since introduced this new fully interactive open concept IP audio transmission media plant in Daly City, California.

It is a showcase, with a top quality construction, from the charming architectural design to the technological display of the Bonneville engineering team.

Although this move from the SOMA community no longer meant a view of downtown San Francisco’s attic, we left an outdated facility and design. The new design was a good idea before the structure and creates a delight for our listeners and customers, as well as a collaborative space for our workers.

At the beginning of the project, the new suite, once used through Avid Technology, still had publishing bays, but the rest of the existing area was completely emptied of concrete again.

We use V-Three Studios as designers and architects to create our vision on a blank canvas.V-Three Studios specializes in spaces that meet technical and functional needs while maximizing aesthetic appeal and respecting environmental and civic contexts and achieving the unique goals of its customers.

Our contractor GCI Inc. is a leading general advertising company in the Bay Area, specializing in construction and renovations of sites, infrastructure, laboratories and tenant improvement with a focus on sustainability and LEED.

Bonneville’s design and structure team was led by Scott Jones, senior vice president of engineering and technology (company); Carl Gardner, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, San Francisco; Chuck Bullett, Director of Engineering for the Market; and myself, engineering director of Bonneville Sacramento.

I was assigned as an assignment manager to oversee the renovation of a flat in an existing construction in the Daly City neighborhood as well as integration.

Having worked with all suppliers in the afterlife on many other projects has enabled an elegant transition from San Francisco to Daly City, given the cases Bonneville faces.

The new 18,000-square-foot facility is precisely what Bonneville is looking for for high-tech functionality space, a multipurpose bathroom, a rooftop terrace and the newest technologies and virtual integration for transmission workspaces and employees.

Beyond the suite images, with graphics and a logo symbol on video screens, mastery of paintings for non-programmer painters includes flexible seating arrangements called assembly space, as well as Wi-Fi mesh network paints for perfect flexibility.in record time and the delivery and assembly of workplace furniture was done smoothly.

“In recent years, I have had many studio projects with Bonneville San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Sacramento and Seattle in 2011,” said David Holland, Omnirax’s design director.

“This assignment was, in fact, the confluence of the dream team – V-Three Studios and Bonneville Construction Team – and everyone involved decided to make this facility an important collaboration.Scott visited Omnirax a few years ago in our showroom in Sausalito.Seeing our curved open plan and personal work furniture, you quickly “understood” what we were doing with our WeDesk line. This allowed Omnirax to bid and then stock up on all Bonneville facilities.

Natural wood, unbiased colors

When visitors enter the facility, the prospects of a “window” transmission study for 99.7 NOW welcome them, as well as a demonstration of the technical operations center for which engineering is responsible.

A domain of functionality with a level and beam with lighting, a public front system, a mobile station facing space and adjacent audio and video rooms can also be viewed from the lobby, giving visitors a concept of what’s going on in the lobby.creation of fashionable media and shows the new excavations.

The glass covers the suite to allow smooth grassy passage, and the interior is placed as opposed to the concrete floors in sight and has an herbal wood finish. An unbiased color scheme has been designed to soften the LED cloud so that the color flows through the ceiling grille of the suite.

Improved finishes, fluidity, continuity and power now rival those of any multimedia and fashionable installation.

“This facility is designed for the future, with its expected flexibility in generation infrastructure and office/studio environments,” said Kurt Kerns, director of V-Three Studios, LLC.

“As the broadcasting industry continues to evolve in the virtual age, the facility will be able to adapt to the desires for conversion of the business model.”

Moving away from the classic design with fewer square feet, the open s design particularly improves the opening and visibility of the facility by focusing on collecting spaces to advertise collaboration and interaction between services.

Late May or bust

Completion is scheduled for the spring, and operations will begin April 13. Then the global coup turned into a pandemic.

The assignment continues smoothly and in time when the virus attacked, just after the furniture was delivered from the studio. The assignment only 3 weeks after the final touch when the lock was placed. A waiting game has started for all parties looking to find a solution to continue with caution.

Bonneville faced an additional challenge from the end of its lease to its previous facilities, which will be completely cancelled until the end of May.

The corporate in a position to reopen the site and resume the structure with several teams, theme of the specific plan of the GCI site for the prevention and rehabilitation of COVID-19 Congratulations to GCI for a detailed plan and a whole decontamination team to disinfect the site before remobilizing it.

When GCI returned to theArray, we discovered the need for more additional notifications, signaling, and other added protocols.GCI’s safe and safe equipment, as well as the commercial hygienist, checked without indicating that there would be any problems.

Visual inspections and on-site practice demonstrations went very well. They went through all the processes of competent persons, on-site deliveries, subcontractors control and execution procedures.Bonneville had a team of engineers from Salt Lake City, Seattle and Sacramento, waiting to meet integration needs.

This demonstrates confidence among all stakeholders, adding GCI, that everyone was able to take the extended pause and resume assignment once the government decided it was safe to get back to work.

AOIP Flexibility

The Bonneville engineering team built 11 studios, 4 of which were on the air, with adjacent rooms, a major production studio and two voice tracking booths.

The backbone of the Bonneville Bay domain now operates from Wheatstone, with its WheatNet-IP architecture, allowing any studio to be used for any corporate function. The 4 air studies are supplied with LXE consoles, and the 8 production and voice booths.supplied with L-8 consoles.

Different versions of WheatNet Blades I/O, as well as various Mfour and M1 microphone processors, Yellowtec mounting formulas, KRK Rokit 7 Gen four monitors and Telos VX telephony formula, complete the transmission infrastructure.

In the load, this transition, the cluster had an automation transition to load to the merge. Bonneville is committed to using RCS as popular for all markets, using G Selector and Zetta to manage music playback and programming functions. The team made many paintings before they arrived for the transfer and made an elegant transition when the stations began operating from their new spaces.

The technical operations center of the previous facility housed 30 racks, and our new area has 14.We opt for CRAC (computer room air conditioning) equipment in line with an HVAC unit in a row creating a cold/heat aisle as a knowledge center.Thought has been true to rack placement and removal, with a popular color-coded cables leading to an important preparation panel that interconnects the entire facility, making it incredibly versatile.

Bonneville sought to have the glass table displayed with all the lighting fixtures and visual counters from the lobby when others entered the suite.start ending in record time.

Unified look

The result of this collaborative design effort is an area that has a unified facet that extends from reception, studios, and convention areas to open-plan and personal workgroups. We are very happy to provide this installation and be ready to complete it.through our workers as soon as necessary.

“The Bonneville control team spent a lot of time working with V-Three Studios on the plan allocation phase,” said Kurt Kerns of V-Three.”This type of early contribution allows a well-thought-out installation and minimizes possible damage later on, the structure of such a complex technical installation.

Bonneville would like to thank all suppliers and partners who went beyond this project, as well as committed off-market engineers who have spent a lot of time building. It is a great technical fortune that met Bonneville’s goals and exceeded all expectations..
