The Covid-19 case count in India exceeded 47 lakh with 94,372 new infections reported in one day, while another 37,02,595 people recovered, bringing the national healing rate to 77. 88% on Sunday, according to the knowledge of the Union’s Ministry of Health.
The total number of coronavirus cases was 47,54,356, while the number of deaths increased to 78586 and another 1,114 people succumbed to the infection within 24 hours, according to updated knowledge at 8 a. m.
The fatality rate of Covid-19 cases due to coronavirus infection was reduced to 1. 65%. There are 9,73,175 active Instances of Covid-19 in the country, representing 20. 47% of the total number of instances, according to the data.
India’s account for Covid-19 had passed the 20 lakh mark on August 7, 30 lakh on August 23 and surpassed 40 lakh on September 5.
According to the ICMR, a cumulative total of 5,62,60,928 samples were up to 12 September, with 10,71,702 samples on Saturday.
