The number of coronavirus deaths in Iran has increased from 166 to 24,118, a spokeswoman for the ministry of fitness on state television said Saturday.
The total number of known cases has increased to 2,845 in the last 24 hours to reach 419,043 in Iran, one of the most affected countries in the Middle East, spokeswoman Sima Sadat Lari said. (Edited through David Clarke)
