The COVID-19 remedy in Bangladesh is the same as trump received: Minister of Health

Zahid Maleque made the comments while praising the COVID-19 remedy protocol at a 2019 Minister of Health awards program at a hotel in Dhaka on Thursday.

“We give recreation. The remedy here is the same one Donald Trump received. I thank doctors for offering such a fashionable remedy in Bangladesh,” he said.

The minister reiterated his statement that Bangladesh is completely ready to deal with a momentary wave of coronavirus infections in winter.

No less than 50 hospitals won the awards the program chaired through ABM Director General Khurshid Alam.

Trump, 74, flew to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center last Friday after contracting COVID-19.

He returned to the White House on Monday, where he continued his five-day rehabilitation, an intravenous antiviral drug.

The U. S. president also won the steroid dexamethasone and an experimental treatment, Regeneron’s REGN-COV2, such as zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin and aspirin, his doctors said.
