The Thal Sena Bhawan aims to be a net-zero emissions building, as it will have its own composting plant, a wastewater treatment plant, solar panels and electric vehicle charging facilities to promote blank energy, they said.
The army leader also inaugurated a barracks for troops at the army headquarters camp in Delhi cantonment.
The barracks has a capacity of 400 beds and is built with the latest generation of soft metal structures through which a quickly and physically powerful structure was carried out. The structure was completed in “a record time of one year. “
