Windsor police say an 18-year-old turned himself in in connection with a tool theft at a structure east of Windsor.
On Tuesday, officers were called to a structure in the 1,600 block of Lauzon Road, between Tecumseh Road East and McHugh Street, for a report of theft.
Police posted about the incident with surveillance video on social media.

On Thursday, one of the suspects wanted in connection with the robbery turned himself in at police headquarters.
Police say they also returned equipment stolen from the structure site, valued at about $4,000.
The 18-year-old from Windsor faces fees for property damage, breakage and entry and is in disguise.
