On March 12, 2019, shortly after 8 p. m. m. , the Maywood Police Department responded to block 1100 of Madison Ave’s domain by a guy shot dead.
Upon his arrival, Maywood officials discovered Isaiah Scott of Maywood, 19, with a gunshot wound to the body.
Isaiah Scott taken to Loyola Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Maywood police detectives, as patrols and TRT teams, worked tirelessly to reconstruct the murder investigation.
On May 21, 2021, 20-year-old Anthony Tillis of Maywood was charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of Isaiah Scott.
Tillis is expected to be on the bonus on May 22, 2021.
