The summer internship program designed to give young Bahrainis the latest professional skills in technology and business to contribute to their overall career and private development.
The program spanned two exhaustive and extensive months in which all interns were rotated across all sectors and departments of the company, adding People, Commercial, Network, Business, Government Affairs, Finance, etc. With 21 interns on board, we delivered 11,000 hours of guidance. delight throughout the program.

The program has a strong focus on experiential learning guided through mentoring, observation, rotations and projects in their specialization spaces and encourages them to put on the hat of the company’s professionals and provide their attitude accordingly. Interns were guided through mentors who invested time and effort to make greater wisdom and delight in the picture of them at the corporate and private level.
