Status: 879 more Hoosiers with COVID-19

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Health announced that 879 other Indiana residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at the state lab, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and personal laboratories, bringing to 118322 the total number of Indiana citizens known to have the new coronavirus as a result of corrections made on the previous day’s panel.

A total of 3365 Hoosiers were shown to have died as a result of COVID-19, an increase of 11 from the previous day. An additional 226 probable deaths were reported in clinical diagnoses in patients for which no positive evidence was recorded. reported on when knowledge was gained across the state and happened for several days.

To date, 1,366,294 Americans have been tested in Indiana, up from 1,358,860 on Sunday. A total of 2029571 tests, adding repeated evidence for single Americans, have been reported to the State Ministry of Health since February 26.

Bartholomew County reported 1,184 tests (five more) with 57 (unchanged) deaths on Monday.
