State Auditor launches new online portal for potentially erroneous COVID data and effects

COLUMBUS – Columbus State Auditor Keith Faber announced the launch of an online portal that allows others to report reports with inconsistent or erroneous COVID-19 verification results.

He is looking to locate first-hand data from others who have gained official notifications of inconsistencies in verification procedures, including, but not limited to, receiving verification effects that were then reversed or receiving verification effects for verification that did not pass.

“Ohions has confidence in the knowledge used in COVID-19 policy development,” auditor Faber said. “There are generalized considerations and reports about false knowledge. I have noticed the desire for us to find out the knowledge used to identify knowledge errors or demystify what, in some cases, would possibly be urban legends. I would like to point out that this portal is intended only for first-hand experiments to identify facts or refute rumors. Through this audit and portal, we can provide valuable feedback to key policy makers and build the trust of all Ohio residents. »

Submissions will load knowledge into the ongoing COVID-19 multi-state report audit.

The goal is for states to compare their own knowledge-gathering processes and use the knowledge research implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as well as to better perceive how other states handle it.

The questions were created in collaboration with five states: Delaware, Florida, Mississippi, Ohio, and Pennsylvania with the National Association of State Auditors.

The portal is now available on the State Auditor’s website.
