Muscat: Majid Al Futtaim said Thursday that Snow Oman is fit to open at the Mall of Oman.
Snow Oman will soon open its doors to visitors, the company said in a statement. The fate of the covered snow park will cover a vast domain of 14,830 meters, with rides and attractions, a local colony of king and gentoo penguins and genuine snow.
Snow Oman is the third and final logo to be entered on Global Snow, Majid Al Futtaim’s indoor skiing and snow entertainment arm. In 2005, Majid Al Futtaim pioneered a unique sub-zero recreational offering at the flagship grocery shopping hub, the Mall of the Emirates: Ski Dubai. The award-winning logo has been recognised as the ‘World’s Best Indoor Ski Resort’ through the prestigious World Ski Awards for six consecutive years.
