What does a license subscription provide?

If you are interested in an individual subscription to The Chronicle that includes our Daily Briefing, print edition, our detailed reports and other valuable benefits, you can sign up here.

How can my establishment license our site?

Access to Chronicle. com can be had anytime and anywhere, whether on campus, in the office, or to read at home, as the site’s license provides IP authentication and domain access.

IP access: If you are on campus or in the office: Access Chronicle. com. You will be asked to authenticate through your library.

Domain: If you do it remotely: Go to Chronicle. com and log in to your account, if you already have one, access it. If you don’t already have an account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Chronicle. com and click on the “Login” link at the top right of the page.

2. Click on the “Register” link to create a single account using your institutional or organizational email address. You also have the option to subscribe to The Chronicle’s loose newsletters during the registration process.

3. Activate your account by confirming your email address in the email “The Chronicle: Confirm your email address”.

Do I have enough other people to justify a site license instead of individual subscriptions?We propose access to the site license to any establishment that has ten or more users who require unlimited virtual access. If you want a quote for your property or if a site license is right for your property, tap sitelicense@chronicle. com.

Can I subscribe to newsletters if I use a site license?Yes! Once you are logged into your account, your institutional email address, make a stop at the newsletter link to subscribe to the loose newsletters you would like to receive. The Daily Report can only be obtained with an individual subscription to The Chronicle.

How do I create a loose account to get loose reports and newsletters if I have them through my property’s site license?If your property provides unlimited virtual through a site license, you’ll still want to sign up for newsletters and view individual reports. To register, click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner of our online page and adhere to the spark starts to log into an account. Use your institutional email address (vous@votreestablishment. edu) to create your loose account and this will connect to the site license your institution has provided to you. How do I access older articles on the website?If you are looking for data about Chronicle dating back to 1967 or if you need to browse our entire archive of articles from 1989 onwards, you can use this link and then clear the search. If you are looking for articles that have made the impression in the print editions of The Chronicle, our online archive dates back to 2015 and you can find it here. If your property has a site license, you have access to all of this.
