Singapore to begin human trials of coronavirus vaccine this week

“Lunar-Cov19” is one of 25 international candidate vaccines to succeed in the human test level and will be tested on 108 healthy volunteers of other ages in Singapore, the newspaper said.

The trial will be protected by the vaccine and its ability to produce the “soldiers” needed to help fight the infection, said Professor Ooi Eng Eong, deputy director of the Emerging Infectious Diseases Program at Duke-NUS School of Medicine.
