The Port Authority of Singapore issued a revised team that replaces the needs in the form of WFP Circular 38. BIMCO provides a brief summary of these needs.
The LDC reviewed the replacement needs of its equipment on September 1 and the status quo of the Crew Facilitation Center as defined in our September 1, 2020 article. After a few weeks of this protocol, the LDC has now issued some other circular; LDC 38 replaces LDC 36 by reviewing the equipment replaces needs to address some practical issues. For example, a team member will now need to download a negative COVID-19 verification result no more than 72 hours before 48 hours before the outbound flight to Singapore as some rules on the acceptability of a positive PCR check performed on a team member are also published before they are allowed to enter the equipment replacement.

The team member is no longer required to be 40 years old for 14 days or for 40 days if the team member comes from a country/region of origin on the Ministry of Health’s list of low-risk countries. Members of the signature team must deliver the 14-day Notice of Residence (SHN) in the country/region of origin.
