Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on the Mutual Recognition of Seafarers’ Certificates of Competence and Eligibility

Muscat – The Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have signed a contract of carriage by sea.

According to the Oman News Agency (ONA), a cooperation agreement initiated in the maritime transport framework and a memorandum of mutual popularity of the certificate of competence and eligibility of seafarers, signed through the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology with the Ministry of Transport and Logistics of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
