CHERRY HILL – Police are searching for two suspects for a brazen midday robbery at the Cherry Hill Mall on Friday.
Armed robbers made off with everything at the Philly Diamond Connection jewelry store, police said.
Police arrived at the store around 10:40 a. m. Friday morning.
Management said the suspects held employees at gunpoint as they emptied the safe.
HOWELL – A 29-year-old Monmouth County man was sentenced to more than 4 years in prison for the evil homicide of his roommate’s cat last year.
Christopher Sanchez decapitated the pet cat and forced his disabled roommate to watch, prosecutors said in Monmouth County Superior Court.
“There’s a sadistic quality underlying this defendant’s actions,” said Sevan Biramian, an assistant prosecutor for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
