Friday, May 10 – Orzo pasta with lemon, beans, herb salad, fruit, vanilla yogurt, milk.
Monday, May 13: Lemon Herb Chicken, Quinoa Rice Pilaf, Broccoli, Herb Salad, Fruit, Sunrise Muffin, Milk.
Tuesday, May 14: Chipotle Lime Tilapia with Tartar Sauce, Sautéed Vegetables, Muffin, Herb Salad, Fruit and Milk with Cottage Cheese.
Wednesday, May 15: Pork ribs with Singapore coffee, jasmine rice, pumpkin casserole, herb salad, fruit and milk.
Thursday May: vegetable minestrone soup with focaccia bread, herb salad, fruit, pineapple upside-down cake and milk.
Friday, May 17: Grilled turkey, Swiss tomato sandwich on sourdough bread, sweet potato fries, herb salad, fruit, mini danish, and milk.
The ASI Board of Directors has several open vacancies. Mandates are for 3 years with an option for renewal for an additional period. Potential applicants will need to be at least 21 years of age or older and will need to have a hobby of serving adults and seniors.
