Saudi Arabia reports 481 new cases of COVID-19, 29 deaths

Dubai: Saudi Arabia has recorded a build-up of 481 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 335578, the Ministry of Health announced Friday.

Of the new cases, 40 were shown in the city of Jeddah, 37 in Medina and 31 in Hail, according to the ministry.

29 deaths were also reported, bringing the death toll in the Kingdom to 4,823.

Meanwhile, another 602 people who had already tested positive for the virus recovered, bringing the overall recovery to 320,348.
