Dubai: Saudi Arabia mourned the loss of Mashael Al Mubarak, a famous figure in volunteerism and networking, who passed away on Saturday night from an illness.

As Director-General of the General Department of Volunteerism and Community Engagement at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Al Mubarak played a pivotal role in the culture of volunteerism across the Kingdom.

Her illustrious career has led her to hold key positions, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Association “Maan” and Member of the Board of Directors of the Association “Insan”.

Al Mubarak’s contributions have been recognized, earning her prestigious awards such as the Arab Female Personality Award Distinguished for Volunteer Work from the League of Arab States and the Distinguished Social Personality Award from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Human Resources, Ahmed Al Rajhi, along with officials and popular figures from across Saudi Arabia, paid tribute to his significant contributions to volunteerism and networking.

Minister Al Rajhi offered his condolences to his family, highlighting his role as a cornerstone of voluntary paintings in Saudi Arabia and praying for their eternal peace and the popularity of their committed efforts.

Al Mubarak celebrated her determination to educate and empower volunteers, as a certified trainer in effective dialogue and communication with the King Abdul Aziz Center for National Dialogue.

Her passing sparked an outpouring of grief and sympathy on social media, with many seeing her as a volunteer and humanitarian person.
