Ohio reported 26,016 new coronavirus cases in the week ending Sunday, down 6. 4 from last week. Last week, there were 27,785 new cases of the virus that causes COVID-19.

A total of another 3,002,043 people in Ohio have tested positive for the coronavirus since the pandemic began, and another 39,220 people have died from the disease, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.
