Salvation Army Stuff Bus effort returns to Ottawa, Peru Walmarts

The Ottawa Army And Walmart Community Center will join For Stuff the Bus in August.

The Salvation Army builds on the generosity of network members to local youth as the school year approaches.

This network partnership will alleviate the monetary burden on parents for the pandemic at the beginning of the new school year and ensure that young people are prepared and prepared.

As a precaution to comply with CDC guidelines, volunteers will not leave and buses will not be parked outside Walmart outlets this year.

Instead, a Stuff the Bus trash can will be placed at Walmart for shoppers to drop out of school supplies.

Individuals can donate physical school supplies to Ottawa Walmart at 4041 Veterans Drive or At Peru Walmart at 5307 IL-251 Friday through Sunday.

Some parts are headphones, dry erase markers, and highlighters.
