Saudi Arabia has noticed more than 297,000 cases of coronavirus, while the United Arab Emirates has more than 64,000 cases.

Students from Saudi Arabia’s public schools will be trained remotely as a precaution against coronavirus during the first seven weeks of the new mandate, which begins on August 30, the Education Minister said Saturday.

Meanwhile, the scenario will be assessed for the remainder of the term, Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Shaikh said in statements broadcast on the state television channel al-Ekhbariya.

University and technicians will be online for theoretical and user systems for practical systems, he added.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced that parents will be able to decide whether their children will take the categories in person or online during the first trimester, which begins on August 30, official news firm WAM said.

“Careful plans have been put in place for a slow return to school in every school in the country without exception, and for all grades of education,” he said.
