An army truck reportedly shot down an organization of Russian recruits near a cosmodrome used this week by Vladimir Putin to launch YARS missiles in a simulated nuclear attack on the West.
The KAMAZ truck killed two other people and wounded 11 others in a secret army education area, he said.
