Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu summoned Belarus’ chargé d’affaires to the country. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.
“Therefore, the Romanian side firmly rejects those unacceptable, which feed the rhetoric, founded on the call for the use and risk of the use of force in foreign relations,” the Romanian Foreign Ministry said. “Nor can we forget Belarus,” Russia’s role and external duty as Russia’s partner in supporting the war of aggression against Ukraine.
The Romanian Foreign Ministry recalled that the country is a NATO member state. “And it enjoys to the extent all the promises of security that result from this status,” the Romanian Foreign Ministry said.
We note that Lukashenka expressed some other far-fetched conspiracy theory. The dictator said that “the United States is the only beneficiary of the war in Ukraine”:
