The Buccaneers and Seahawks will play the first game of the NFL regular season in Germany on Sunday, but it may not even be their last.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the league’s current plan to play one game a year for the next 4 years in Germany is only the minimum, and there may be more.
Goodell said at a fan forum in Munich that the plan “at least” 4 games in 4 years, according to Greg Auman of TheAthletic. com.
Goodell added that he wouldn’t be surprised if the league expanded from that initial plan, given the reaction the league has had from German fans. NFL officials said the request for tickets to Sunday’s game in Munich exceeded expectations.
Tomorrow’s game at Munich’s Allianz Arena will be followed by a 2023 game at Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park, and either stadium has already signed a contract with the NFL to host at least one more game. Between the NFL’s ambitions in Germany and London, it would possibly come as no surprise if American audiences soon see a time when there’s an early Sunday morning game of the NFL’s highs in Europe.
Naturally. Take American jobs abroad.
It’s not crazy that we’re abroad for games, but hell, I can only watch an early morning game every Sunday. Why not?
Why prevent there? Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings are also available. And Saturdays all day. What the world wants more than anything are NFL games each and every minute of waiting outdoors from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

But why, Array, do we see the English Premier League or Bundesliga in Germany scheduling non-exhibition football matches in the United States?Do NFL homeowners make more profit by parting ways with overseas games? No.
The city enthusiasts of group gambling in Europe, the vast majority who cannot or will never be able to go on vacation IN Europe, because the holiday rate can almost equal the rate of their full annual subscription, really need that? No, they don’t. They weren’t even asked.
It takes the fabric off the accumulation and delight of a home game IN your city. All those outdoor games. . . They only have a lost merit knowing that the men of the “fans” would have no concept about the culture, fandom and history of the franchises they play. Just like I don’t know Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg or Dortmund in the German football league.
Player protection is our number one priority!
The NFL gets big donations for stadiums funded through public taxes, then sends even more games overseas. . . I’m saying, ‘
thank you!!
Another idea.
Let’s hope Goodell is in four years. . .
The guy is a thief!
Which Europeans care if the NFL is played in Europe? In my opinion, as much as I care about his professional football here, which he is not. America’s favorite sports, but REALLY, it’s about making more money for disgustingly rich people!
They will have to keep expanding their business because the United States is saturated. I know a lot of NFL enthusiasts (family and friends) and none of them watch as much as before. We are not the only ones.
Since we now have a normal amount of seasonal games, every team deserves to play a game in Europe and their week off deserves to stick to that game. Then all groups would have an equivalent amount of home/away games, plus an impartial European match. Party on site. This formula may result in the feasibility of having a European NFL department. Imagine a 36-group NFL with a four-group European department. London, Munich, Amsterdam and Paris. That would be great!
Why don’t the Premier League and Bundesliga have matches in the United States?Because it wouldn’t be worth it. Watch them have normal season games in Asia in the next 5 to 7 years.
Tradition is a fair thing for European sports enthusiasts when it comes to why a united team is their favorite. So I’m pretty sure that English and German NFL top enthusiasts know the history and culture of their respective favorite teams.
Is it sad that subscribers lose a game? Of course, I perceive that they are angry. I’ll be when my favorite soccer team has to play one of the home games somewhere in China or South Korea in 2028.

He removes the cloth from the accumulation and delight of a house game IN his city. All those overseas games. . .
