Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claimed at a news conference on Manhattan’s Upper East Side this week that the COVID-19 coronavirus is a genetically modified bioweapon that largely protects Ashkenazi Jews and the Chinese people.

The candidate is the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy. Images of his remarks were published Saturday by the New York Post.
In a subsequent post on Twitter, Kennedy attempted to retract the comments, saying his comments were “official. “
However, despite this claim, the organizer of the event, Doug Dechert, told the NY Post that it was recorded.

He added in a later tweet: “As I describe in my new book, ‘The Wuhan Cover-Up,’ ethnically targeted biological weapons are real, and history makes it clear that no population is more involved in something like this than others. “people of Jewish and African descent.
During Kennedy’s discussion of biological weapons and “ethnically targeted microbes” (which, he said, the United States has long been concerned with developing, as has China), Kennedy said he “knows a lot” about biological weapons and said the United States has invested “hundreds of millions of dollars in ethnically directed biological weapons. The Chinese did the same.
“In fact, COVID-19. Il is an argument that it has an ethnic objective. COVID-19 is disproportionately targeting certain races,” he said. COVID-19 is aimed at attacking Caucasians and blacks. they are Ashkenazi and Chinese Jews.
“We don’t know if it was intentionally targeted or not, however, there are documents that show racial and ethnic differences and impacts. . . We can target other people through race.
“The claim that COVID-19 is a biological weapon created by Chinese or Jews to target Caucasians and blacks is deeply offensive and fuels the synophobic and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about COVID-19 that we have noticed evolving over the past three years,” the Anti-Defamation League said in a statement.
“We have nothing for this man’s madness,” Stop Antisemitism added.
There is no clinical basis for Kennedy’s new conspiracy theory, which plays on existing racist and anti-Semitic tropes, and may lead to violence against Jews.
