A draft interstate agreement on the creation of the unusual market for electric power has gone through almost all intrastate procedures. It will soon be transmitted to Governments for consideration. The document determines the authority of state management bodies and infrastructure organizations and identifies the entities that will operate in the market.
Approaches to the use of non-unusual regulatory principles regarding weed monopolies have been reconciled with respect to the electric power industry and unified price lists in its domestic market participants and non-unusual market participants.
